Superstar illustrator, Heath McKenzie, shows kids how to draw Ned the nit from our new book, Nit Boy! youtu.be/l-M5MYrYhiY.
Heath and I created two Nit Boy books in 2009 and we figured that, by 2020, humans would have solved the problem of head lice. But that has not turned out to be entirely correct. So, Nit Boy is being rereleased as a bumper edition, two books in one, and Heath is revealing the secrets behind drawing Ned the nit, some of which can be applied to the drawing of any insect.
Heath is one of the top illustrators in Australia, having written and illustrated many of his own picture books and illustrating many more for other authors. He’s the perfect person to teach kids how to draw.
